lets say hero is a good playing TAG something like 20/16/3
How do you play the turn here?
c/c and c/c call the depending on the bet size or just continue beting.. in this case around 12 on the turn?

I don't see the point in the flop lead.

Your hand is garbage vs. a good tags range (especially when there's 3 to the flop), just c/f on the flop and if it check around then take initiative.

He raised utg, and calls when you (presumably also a solid tag) lead into him in a multi-way pot. These two things mean you are way behind his range on the turn. Even if he has a flush draw, he probably has two overcards to go with it. So if you bet the turn, it is basically as a bluff. You will probably need to fire the river as well, and even then your chances of success aren't that high.

C/f looks like the best option.

About 50% of a decent TAG's range UTG is going to be a PP (we beat 55/22 and thats it). Therefore if you think he's going to float you you could c/c the turn and c/f the river. Although most times I'd give him credit and c/f the turn. If you wanted to go hardcore you could c/rai him allin on the turn (I think a decent TAG would fold 88-QQ there).
