Yes there are an unbelievable amount of "breaches" of the "no more stupid memes" "rule" which go unnoticed / IGNORED by the mods

I am clearly a first time offender, or, if not, I have never received a warning before as per the "rules". The same "rules" which you are trying to enforce by giving me an infraction

You are obviously a well respected Moderator, however you should look to enforce the rules properly which in my case you have not

Please remove the infraction within the next 12 hours or this will continue.

I agree with the infraction. Unfortunately you combo'd onto a couple other posters who chose to break the rules outlined in the stickies. Bad luck imo.

Your rule as outlined on my previous post was that one letter combos were banned. there is nothing to suggest that my post which simply stated "bro" should be banned.

Also the rules / "stickies on which your decision making is based clearly states that a warning should be applied before infraction.

I actually like you WH1, very much, but i will be most disappointed if this infraction is upheld.

Are you personally able to remove the infraction?

I think this has been here long enough that warnings should probably be edited from it. I can, but wont per unwritten and maybe written rules, overturn another mods decision. I really dont understand why all the hub bub about a 10 point infraction though...

No. OP is clearly simply trying to get an illegally (OK not illegal, but unjustified) infraction removed.

i'm kind of on OP's side. he never got a warning and i would be pissed about even a 1 point infraction if i felt it was unjustified

but i also think he should have pm'd instead of this
