Where do "On Demand" hands belong? (correct answer is MTTSNG) Where do "On Demand" hands belong? (correct answer is MTTSNG)

Like the title says.

I would like to propose the the rules of MTTSNG be changed or clarified to say that it's where hands from "On Demand" tournaments belong.

Technically the current rule is "In this forum we're going to be talking about MTT SNGs which start with 3 tables or more" which doesn't include "On Demands" though they usually get that later on.

Reasons:
1) size of tournament is comparable to MTTSNGs, not MTTs.
2) payout structure / ICM more comparable to MTTSNGs, not MTTs.
3) MTTSNG forum has less traffic due to a general move away from stars and rival sites tend not to have "hard" MTTSNGs but the equivalent format is often more like this.

Best place to start when suggesting rule changes in a forum is in the forum itself. And if you've already done so, it would be helpful to mention where that's gone so far.

Right. I did post a link there to this thread asking people to give feedback in this thread.

I don't expect there to be opposition - hands from "on demands" get posted there without people complaining - it's more a function of the phrasing of the current rules rather than it being a different format.

wait, there's actually a different forum to differentiate scheduled MTT's from 180s etc?

No strong views on either side but we have been overtaken by events as stars is now experimenting by turning the highest buy-in 180s into on demands and hands from these tournaments are being posted in MTTSNG.

It's not urgent but suggest the rules make this official next time there is a general overhaul.
