i can't see no more the Hand History Converter hyperlink

as title says, any time I try to post a new thread there is no hand history converter hyperlink on top right of the writing box..
I just cleaned with ccleaner but nothing changed..
I'm using firefox latest version.. what can I do? :v

What browser and O/S are you using? Have you tried logging out and back in and clearing your cookies and cache.

i'm using firefox 44.0 on windows 7 64bit and i just cleared cache, cookies and relogged but nothing happened.. i'm going crazy..
i'll just wait for next pc restart to do a new cleaning session and i'll see

That's exactly what I'm using. Did you try starting FF in safe mode to see if any extensions might be affecting this?

i'm in safe mode right now and still doesn't work.. i'm gonna try with another browser and maybe later try creating a new forum account

also from the last time i could use the converter i installed Hand2Note and AutoHotKey.. maybe i fuc*ed up with some script? i used a script to remove windows borders and title bar

I apologize for the issues. I have duplicated the problem in Chrome and FireFox and forwarded this to our QA/Testing Manager so he can discuss it with our developers in their daily meeting today. Once I have more information I will update the thread and Mat Sklansky directly via PM.

i would also like to report this issue. an easy work around is to simply use a hand history converter from another site, such as deuces cracked.

If you are using PT4 or HM2 you can also export from the Hand History Viewer to 2+2 format but it won't contain the integrated Replayer tab like the built in hand converter that is down currently.

Our developers are still looking in to this to see if it is on our end or 2+2's but I haven't gotten any feedback yet if they were able to track it down. I will bump the conversation with them to see if they have any news yet.

I just got word that the issue should be resolved on the servers so if you are still having this issue try clearing your web cache and/or cookies and see if that helps.
