Is there some spamware in the 2p2 forum software? - Page 2 - About the Forums

It usually happened to me about once an evening, so I'll let you know before I go to bed if it worked.

It seems very likely to be the ads because one of the 3-4 forum browsers I have open would always be 'refreshing' constantly, and that was the tab that usually ended up going to the spam site.

I haven't seen it in two days of browsing from home.

Never had it happen at work, but probably different firewall settings.

As Mat says, the ad network is disabled and has been for over two days. Has anyone experienced the spam ware behavior since the 23rd?

I only experience it on Chrome and I haven't had it happen in a few days.

Try using some VPN's before browsing the net. I'm using ipvanish to secure my browsing and my accounts.
