Possìble to rate comments?

I asked this by mail but no one at 2+2 could be bothered to reply, so I ask again -

I know this forum format is pretty standard, but is it technically possible to rate comments the way that for example youtube does it?

If that were possbile, we could get rid of 30% of all posts; like "+1", "this", "OP is a retard", "in before lock" and so on. Funny as they are, they are bad for any thread.
