I suspect he is talking about P but in Pv7.0 we have a higher citing standard for anything that might not be politically correct. The bias is quite explicit.

So on the one hand you have to avoid making any personal attacks against snow flakes and on the other you have to constantly face personal attacks from said snow flakes. As snow flakes are allowed to make personal attacks with relative impunity it makes for quite an interesting dynamic.
