THo might do some things right, but bagels are not among those things.

if the bagel isn't boiled, it's just dense bread with a hole

crepes and pancakes are virtually the same thing
The hell they are?

One is light and awesome and the other is a heavy ass gut bomb.

Sure, if someone makes the batter thick enough for heavy ass gut bombs.

I ordered pancakes from rio in-suite dining and it was like eating two plate-sized pieces of fluffy buttery cake.

Re: OP is lolbad so now we talk about delicious breakfast items

I've had pancakes once in my life that I would consider light enough to be better than waffles. They can be good, but unless you're making them yourself (and in that case I just find the other options tastier anyway) you're likely spending too much on breakfast anyway.

As for the other stuff bob listed, I wasn't really thinking about pastries- which is where I'd put most of those.

Canadian upbringing ruined you.

Besides, there is not nearly enough bacon discussion in this thread. There is no meal that is not improved by the presence of bacon, let alone breakfast.

this thread made me go out and buy back bacon on a bun. No shame in a little peameal bacon before a good solid weight lifting session. Follow that up with a slab of pancakes and a protein shake and Im feelin pretty damn good

I had the same thought.

Had a Baconator 2 days ago for the first time in a month. On our road trip there's been quite a bit of dining out, and no burgers that touch it.

There have been rumours that one of the mods was a pancake circulating for a while now.

Nice to be able to finally put a name to them.
