Hello,

Has this issue been resolved yet? Seems like it's been going on for years? lol
Even if you're trying to post a hand by copying directly from Holdem Manager 2?

Thanks!!

Unfortunately it has not. We are in the process of transferring the hand converter to our HM Cloud platform. By doing this it will always stay up to date and it will be able to process any hands that can be imported to HM Cloud. I can not give any sort of ETA at this point but it is being worked on, it is just a big project (one of many we are working on right now) and as such we can't accurately predict when it will be completely resolved and ready for use on the forums.

Even if I'm using PT4, I found the official Manager hand converter nowadays being the best. It gives the stacks in big blinds, not some obscure M. And no other stuff you have to delete before posting.

I assume you are using PT4 for MAC? What site/games are the hands from?

Please email us some of the original hand history files and the output files/hands you get when copying them from the database.

Please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing and a link to the relevant thread (and your forum name) and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

We need the original hand history files emailed to us. The instructions were one post above your previous post.

Please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

It is a known issue for a variety of sites. The developers are aware of the issue but the fix is a major project as they want to upgrade all of the parsing code (HM2, PT4, HM Cloud, and all the forums we support) so that in the future when we make a parsing code update every program/site will get the updated code immediately. There is no ETA at this time for when it will be completed. For now you will need to use the hand history viewer of your tracker to copy it to your clipboard in the 2+2 format or use a converter from another site before pasting it here.

          hey im having an issue.

Im trying to use the converter and i follow the steps according to the guide on the first page but after i paste the hand (bunch of code copied from HM2 cash session section) and then click "convert" nothing happens. I don't get a message or anything. all that happens is the window flickers for a quick second but thats it. i try previewing the post but nothing shows up.

          any ideas?

ps. don't know if this helps but this is the hand:

I do not understand your question. We need to know what site/games the hands are from so it is best if you email us a sample of the hands you are having problems with as instructed above. I will quote the post I am referring to for your convenience:

I have trouble converting hands from ACR to two plus two. I export my hand into notepad, copy and paste into the converter, but the 2p2 converter doesn't do anything when I click convert. I also tried the deucescracked converter and that does not work either.

          Any thoughts?

          Thanks,
