No, I read it right. Now if you had thought about my post a minute more before your butthurt spaz-out response, you might have realized I wasn't misrepresenting anything you wrote. I'll make it easier: there are a lot of ATF complaints both ways wrt NVG modding.

If you need someone to be listed as a mod of NVG but not ever actually go into NVG, then I've done it before and am available to do it again.

It would be nice if PH could take off faster, but I don't think that is possible. A lot of the current headlines have to do with legislation. Most of that discussion already takes place in PL(sometimes NVG), so there isn't going to be nearly as much content in legislation threads.

Might I suggest PH without legislation
