I was having a conversation with someone a few months ago. He recently sent me a new message, and when I respond I get the error:

[2p2'er] has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove [2p2'er] from the recipient list and send the message again.

Seems like poor design.

Someone who has either drunk very little or drunk a lot please explain this to me.

oh i dont know how that happened

they only way to tell is to request a read receipt and if it doesnt show up in either your read or unread list then you are on ignore
