Those host file changes improved load times on Chrome and Safari tremendously. Was taking Chrome up to a minute to stop loading and Safari around 30 seconds to display the pages text this morning.

Keep an eye on the 'waiting for xxxx ...' messages and add the xxxx's to your host file.

I'm having issues where I cannot click on links until the ads finish loading, this can take several seconds.
