Mods, when banning someone, should indicate who they are in the ban reason imo.

In my honest opinion, you are doing it wrong - I would think you'd want new faces to post in that thread so as you can have a wider audience, possibly more interesting topics to discuss rather than the same o same o.

As for the yoga (hot yoga that is)...- did 75mins today (usually it's a 90min class), - I basically love it cus it helps reduce stress, relieves tension, tones n shapes me, in places I wouldn't even dream it could ....seriously...it's abso-****ing-lutely amazing. - Love love LOVE it!!

You should give it a try sometime, if you can keep up that is!!!
