The point is that vouching doesn't guarantee that someone who has shown repeated disreguard for the rules is going to suddenly clue in. What you don't seem to understand is that there are two equally important criteria to gaining access to the Marketplace:
1 - The applicant is not shady.
2 - The applicant is able to follow the rules so that the Marketplace forum can continue to function in a safe and efficient fashion.
Neither of these is more important than the other!
While evechad may well be a stand up guy who would never cause any serious problems, his inability to follow simple rules and procudres suggests that he's going to make the administration of the Marketplace by the Marketplace mods more difficult than it needs to be. And until he (or anyone in a similar position) demonstrates this is not the case, they're not going to grant him the privilege.
Unless you're willing to A) Hire a bunch of people to do the policing and/or B) Guarantee any loses to people scammed because the Marketplace becomes unmanegable you need understand the realities of what's required to keep the forums functioning.
Note: I'm not a Marketplace mod. I have nothing to with approving or policing the Marketplace forums. I just see how much work these
volunteers put into the place only to be met with this misplaced sense of entitlement and mememememe.
