I did not accuse you of a crime, I accused you of being infracted for bigoted statements. This is not in question, as it's clear from the notes in your infraction history.

You may simply be unaware enough to not understand why it's not acceptable to use "gay" as a pejorative- but that doesn't make it ok. Especially considering that you've have received multiple infractions for the same thing. Even if we're to believe (which I don't) that you didn't know it wasn't OK, you should have learned the first time it came up.

I have been infracted for using gay as an adjective, and once i think in a dan neg thread where i made a gay joke. I did this as it is the standing joke around dan neg. He plays on it himself. I live in a world where being gay is completely normal, like being left handed. I understand that maybe in america it is different and so you are more careful around what you consider hatred.

You said that i had written anti gay bigotted statements. This is a crime in england. And it is completely untrue.

The way you have spoken with me is completely unacceptable and probably illegal. You whole attitude is nasty and has left other people reading this thread with an impression of me that is completely unfair.

If you use gay as a pejorative you are being homophobic, whether or not you choose to identify that way or not. You also sound like a 14-year old immature boy.

You seem to have confessed to having committed a crime in England. Please turn yourself in to the authorities. Publicly accusing dids of having done something probably illegal may also be a crime. Upon turning yourself in, make sure you tell them about that as well.

i don't mind the infractions for using the word gay, i understand mods don't have much time and they need to act quickly.

But for a mod to come in a forum and call me an anti gay bigot really upset me. I am shocked that a mod would act like this. All i am asking is that he retracts that comment, as other posters reading this thread will likely trust the opinion of a forum authority figure.

Is what he said illegal? I don't know, seems like defamation. I don't really know, i just know that it completely misrepresents me and what i believe in. And i have been really upset that an insult which frames me as a criminal is just left out there to hang in a community which means so much to me
