Hi, I've been a member here for a long time but haven't logged in for some time. I am unable to start threads in certain forums and am also not able to send personal messages. How do i change this?

An ATF mod should change the title of the "read me first" FAQ/sticky to try to make it clear to posters that they can get answers there without the need to start a new thread every time this comes up for someone.

I'll have a look, but it likely won't help guys who start threads like this in the 2+2 Magazine forum (which is where this was moved from), and post their trade of Paypal funds (not allowed anywhere here) in someone's online shares thread because they can't start a thread in the Marketplace (of course that's not where transfer requests belong anyway).

Edit to add: Actually, I just went and had a look, and I'm not sure what you have in mind. It seems like "Read me first" is about as clear as we can be, isn't it?
