My question: can I further format this url to automatically put a default message title, message body text, etc?

Unless you were trying to automate messages for spam, why else would you want to do this?

I am indeed trying to automate messages, related to fairly big games I am running in the Puzzles and Other Games forum.

If it is possible, but you don't want the format of this to be public knowledge, please ship it to me by PM.

Not with newpm. You can fill title and message with insertpm, but that's csrf protected. You need to send a valid token.
