There is an alternative to TTI's method:
  1. Click the multiquote button for every post you want to quote (including the final one).
  2. Click "Post Reply"

Things that may not be obvious:
  • The multi-quoted posts appear in the order in which you clicked the multiquote buttons, not their order in the thread. (You can move them with cut and paste, obviously.)
  • The system remembers (for how long, I do not know) which posts you have multiquoted, so if you click one or a few and don't use them they will appear the next time you hit "Post reply" or "Quote" (in that thread only), even days later.
  • The system remembers until you have actually made a post using one of those two buttons in that thread. If you use the quick reply window it doesn't "count": the system continues to remember what you've tagged for multiquoting. But if you hit "Post reply", delete the multiquotes, and post something else, it clears them.
  • On some skins, at least, the multiquote button changes color when you click it; it will remain differently colored until you've used it or the multiquotes have been cleared (but see below).
  • If you hit the same multiquote button a second time it removes it from your multiquote queue; you can tell because it will go back to its normal color.

More than you ever wanted to know about multiquoting, I'm sure. But now you're ready for werewolf.

Just to add to the above, it will also remember them when you quote in a different thread, but it won't automatically quote them. Instead, right below the message box, you get these choices:

You have selected 2 posts that are not part of this thread. Quote these posts as well, or deselect these posts.

And you don't have to choose either option, in which case I believe it will still remember them for next time.

A particular poster with a 6 letter sn whose name starts with R and ends in a, will likely orgasm if he reads this.

just experimenting.

There is a limit to the size of posts. You would run out of post size space and therefore hit a limit to how much you could post, quotes or otherwise.
