I don't believe so.

One from Detroit, one from the northeast and one from Canada that I know of.

Not sure of any other correlations.

I'm having the same problem, can't connect with chrome, IE, firefox and the tapatalk app
I can connect through a VPN or by using mobile data on my phone

Edit: looks like i'm able to connect again, oh wait it's going on and off

Can connect on phone, cannot connect on home network. Connection on home network to only two plus two had been shifty lately, requiring me to restart my wifi connection every few clicks lately. No other site gave me that problem.

Tried tracert on home pc with wired connection to wifi router, cannot resolve target system name. Same results for twoplustwo.com with or without forumserver. preceding.

69.20.56.132 gets me to twoplustwo.com I think.

resolution:

Changed my router's static DNS addresses to Google's: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, as well as using another public DNS address, 208.67.222.222.

DNS doesn't work in the Dominican Republic fyi, was ok until ~12h ago. German DNS resolves fine.

Putting this in your hosts file works:
204.232.160.145 forumserver.twoplustwo.com

As a result of this issue, authoritative DNS resolution for any new request to the DNS servers began to fail in the affected data centers. In order to stabilize the issue, our teams placed the impacted DNS infrastructure behind mitigation services. This service is designed to protect our infrastructure, however, due to the nature of the event, a portion of legitimate traffic to our DNS infrastructure may be inadvertently blocked. Our teams are actively working to mitigate the attack and provide service stability.
