What did mets fans say that brought about the ban?

I have taken no issue with Mets posting, in fact Metsandfinsfan has made posts in defense of Muslims, as we know some folks around the world are against Muslims.

Did Mets suggest that a posters religion/race is barbaric?

Fascinating the way some people think, isnt it? This mets guy gets banned for trolling?

There must be more, did mets call Muslims or Jews pedophiles?

In the OOTV Shameless thread, thekid is famous for making it all about pedophilia. Possibly because there are no Muslims in this Chicago-based show.

He's just a blatant troll, completely worthless. TheKid is exactly the kind of person who should be the focus of 2p2 banning, not Mets. Mets is like a cute little frisky mischievous puppy by comparison.

Look, when you have around 130k posts you're bound to offend a mod at some point. Though it's possible he had a .00033% chance per post to get banned and just got slightly unlucky.

i want mets unbanned because he is a warm body willing to play werewoof sometimes

his post count is an inspiration for all to strive for, we can't let such things fade into the background unchallenged

i've been watching this thread for the mods justification which isn't required obv, but it feels appropriate for the mod to defend himself in such a high profile case or be labeled a coward power hungry scrub and de-modded
