I seem to remember that I saw one (Md Live thread?) but my search skills have failed.

Technically I pulled the trigger, but we (myself, Rapini, browser) did it collectively, as that's how we do bannings now (all 3 need to agree). It was for the Baltimore horseshoe thread. I'll let one of them explain if they want, I'm on my phone.

Uhaul had received multiple warnings about violations, and had been temp banned earlier. Then he was told not to post anymore in the Baltimore Horseshoe thread, which seemed to be where he kept violating guidelines. In the PM that notified him of that, he was told that the thread exile was given in the hope that he would avoid a total ban and give him one last chance to eliminate the violations

Unfortunately, he ignored the thread ban and made multiple posts in that thread less than two weeks after his exile. So the ban was a result of repeated violations occurring despite multiple warnings from multiple mods.

I don't think I've missed any posts in the Baltimore Horseshoe since it was created.
I don't recall uhaul being out of line unless he was trolling about $ being taken from him?

Of course most of those posts were deleted (edit: ah you ninja edited your post). I'll summarize his 6 user notes from us.

1. 1-day ban for privacy violations and trolling.
2. 2-day ban for more privacy violations.
3. Officially warned that continued privacy violations might result in a permaban, and told to stick to 1st-hand info or nothing at all (regarding his derail attacking management with 2nd-hand info from his friend, you may remember that tale about his friend being mistakenly paid the promo)
4. Officially warned again to stop doing the above after he didn't stop and also got insulting about it.
5. 3-day ban for continued violations and is now told to stay out of Baltimore thread or be perma'd.
6. Perma'd for ignoring the above.

I think he's had more than enough chances.

LCP really is a bit special with that privacy stuff. Better remember "all the world" could be watching the writings.
