Mayo's post was awesome and it begs the question: can BBV4L be self-policing enough to fix itself, or is other mod activity needed?

Be careful what you ask for, more moderators = more people feeling obligated to do something, which could turn the forum into OOT for the drooling impaired. Sometimes less is more.

How many times has it been said that bbv4l cannot "fix" itself. bbv4l as it is has generated tons of traffic for this site. "fixing" it in almost anyway will be a negative. I myself liked bbv4l better in the old days, and wish someone like limesparks could mod, but bbv4l isn't for intelligent posters. We already have edf, oot, and the lounge. If you think bbv4l is terrible enough to warrant ending its existence thats one thing, but this whole notion of "fixing" bbv4l
is retarded.

I only made that post in the context of the OP suggesting that something needed to be done to make the forum better. As I don't read the forum I have no informed opinion about what, if anything, should be done.

As such, my larger point was that less is often more, and that asking for more mods is often asking for something you will regret later.

(That said, dkgojacket for mod. Of something.)

Ok the only point I disagree with in chadmack's post( possibly very important) is the implication that the chicks that post there are below 4 out of 10. Some of them are significantly more attractive then that.
