Suggestion:

Restructure CTH and Programming.

Create a new catch-all Computers forum in "other topics" and move CTH and Programming to that forum as separate subforums.

This would allow for some flexibility in computer-related topics that wouldn't be a good fit for either forum as is.

Anything computer related that didn't fit well into the other two. Like, CTH has a lot of great threads and stickies that aren't, strictly speaking, technical help - but more just general advice or discussion.

You could have hardware talk, builds and building talk, OS talk, professional and home networking talk, projects talk, reviews and news, all sorts of stuff.
