It is now blocking my ability to read posts, even when I maximize my browser window. At first, it seemed like it was only a real problem when I sized my browser narrow. But now, when I scroll down a page it pops in from the right just like the other screenshots posted and I can't read posts.

It does not happen on every thread/forum, sometimes I can go several minutes without seeing it, then I do something like go to NVG NVGhttp://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif
and starts up again.

The ad slides into view from the right edge of the browser once you scroll down far enough to pass the normal ad on the right, so it may not be apparent from just reloading page after page trying to get it to show up. I'd say it appears over half the time. While replying here and typing this right now, this is the first time I haven't seen it appear when scrolling down.

OK, thanks for the feedback everyone.

First of all, the reason you don't see it all the time is because it is only enabled in certain forums right now. Some of the behaviours being described here aren't what was intended; the ad shouldn't be blocking text AFAIK. When it was shown to me a few weeks ago, I didn't have an issue with it because it stayed within the black bar on the right. I'll make sure that TPTB are alerted to this thread, but I'm sure they're already aware of it.

the only reason i have searched for the "atf" forum was to start a thread regarding Zinc, and it was at the top of the forum. thank you. also, they are blank, thus making them more useless but less annoying.

It hasn't blocked any text for me yet (tho I haven't experimented with making the window smaller), but just the pop-up movement across the right side of the screen is insta-annoying, and similar things on sites that I'm new too or care less about have been known to make me just close the whole site and not come back.

Relax guys, 2p2 does not personally inject every ad you see on the forum. They prolly get packages and sometimes there are rogue ads that 2p2 will not allow but they need to be aware of them (this thread) and then have a little bit of time to find them and get rid of them. LOL at ppl threatening to leave site, unreal.
