I find interesting the two mindsets in this thread, and puzzling that one doesn't really seem to understand the other.

Also, think of the scenario of talking a lawmaker into learning more about online poker. We are trying to educate them after all and are begging all of them to please just listen to us because it is not an evil thing like some want to portray. So this lawmaker tries to have an open mind about it and has an assistant briefly look into it and he comes to the biggest message board out there without knowing anything about any of this stuff. And that ad is the first thing he sees. Maybe he opens it, maybe not. Very good chance he thinks this company is okay with cheating devices because, after all, they have a big freaking banner advertising them.

We are trying for regulation in the U.S. is that really the first thing you want them to see?

There is no question that this ad is terrible in multiple ways and needs to be removed. If they are advertising for coaching others they can just say that. Or find a more appropriate shock value gimmick to grab attention that doesn't run the risk of hurting the goal of legalized poker in the U.S.

Correct it has happened and I will guarantee you it still does, you dont think pokerstars buying out full tilt may have had something to do with stopping the data being properly investigated. Online poker is a scam, I have tracked 11k (since i lost my HDD) hands at mostly nl 10 fast forward on party poker and for instance, in leak buster my 3 bet with AA is showing -735.9 bbs over 100. In fact I have closed my account with them today as a result. Do you think it is a coincidence that most of the sites are based in Crown colonies (or former) ie the same untouchable tax havens where they say most of the worlds money has been hidden? These places are not part of the UK as many believe they are owned by the crown. The serfs are here to be exploited in any way possible by these Royal Arch masonic kiddy fiddling scum regulators, working on behalf of her majesty (and particularly the Lords who surround her, many of whom are now being linked with some nasty nasty stuff) who was given her power to rule the whole earth by god apparently, eg the Davidic line. Soon there will be only five Kings left — the King of England, the King of Spades, the King of Clubs, the King of Hearts, and the King of Diamonds."
