2+2 user admits to cheating players and helps others cheat not banned?

A user on this Forum that has his own webisite that promotes and sells Poker Bots and other AI forms of cheating, is frequently posting on 2+2 promoting his website and sadly encouraging cheating. ####### openly supports and sells poker bots. However, he is not banned, and is still able to post on the most reputable poker forum in the world(2+2) How is it possible that somebody that contributes to cheating poker players and is 2+2 as a tool to help his own selfish and immoral business motives, is not perma banned?!

I dont even want to publish his name. I'm sure people are unaware and I dont want to give probable cheaters another lead on who to contact....Some of you know who I'm referring to and I'd appreciate if you didn't openly publish his name is this thread. He doesnt need advertised....

Well then if what you say is true then I kinda agree. With that said because of your past posts I have to take this one with a grain of salt.

I do remember one guy slim pickens admitted to helping build and run a winning bot and he wasnt banned because he admitted it and was supposedly making people aware and teaching people how to detect bots or some crap. He hasnt posted since, iirc

My past views, was part of a "debate." This isn't a debate...this is fact that you can look up right here on this site...This user is not on here to teach people how to detect any sort of cheating. He promotes and defends his bots.

Ya I made a thread about his website, to warn other players about him and bots and it got insta deleted by Mr. Haven b/c he didn't want promoting his website regaurdless what his intentions are.... I figured this is a better approach. I think the popular opinion should be Perma Ban. This is the only way to find out....

Just link a specific post where this mystery person actively markets and promotes his website to specifically sell bots as you suggest is happening.

Without doing that, your post just comes across as a personal agenda/vendetta (with minimal actual evidence), which would be very consistent with your basic posting history here, and is also why few will take what you say seriously on just face value.

If you want to go with the "moderators are in on it as well" angle, that is your right, but no one will believe that either coming from you.

K I wanna see some hand histories....So I go to that link here on 2+2, and I see his thread and his email on what site to go to. He messeges me back w/ a link. And here I am a poker botting website! Of course on the top of the webpage there's a link for the HH and DB's. But now that I'm at the site I might as well look up these bots that are for sale. Then I can go to his forums and ask other cheaters how to set up my bot. (sarcasm by realistic situation 4 some)

And if he doesn't PM his website, I'll just go to the link I posted above and read the posts where one user lists the address to his site. 1st page middle to buttom of the page.

Understand, I know he's selling HH's there, but it's the gimmick or subconcious gimmick here. Go to my website to see HH's, then while your there, your gonna see my bots and how I advertise over billions of dollars in profits.....

Your posting history shows a very powerful tendency toward paranoia, so was just covering the standard bases.

You are blending a bunch of unrelated issues with your accusation, but it is a semi interesting area of debate. Should a huge hand history file be used for study if it was generated via botting (and fairly open botting).

Personally, I think any proper use of the data is constructive (ie: showing the games are rigged/not rigged for instance), and since the data exists one may as well use it.

The specific post does not promote any specific website that I can see, so I am not sure how it specifically violates the posting rules.

You certainly are entitled to your opinion, and I can see some merit in a general "I hate bots" approach (as I am against them as well), however your posting history here again pretty much demonstrates that you are in this for essentially "grief play."

He posted his website to go to for HH's that sell Poker BOTS there! It could very well be a ploy and "ethical" way to advertise his website that sells poker bots. Come to my website and look at this "legit" product you can buy, however everything else I sell here is for cheating....Can't miss it either way...

Even if that's not the case, he posted a link to his website that sells bots. He also shills this site every day promoting the use of bots!

he discusses his bots all the time on here. says it is not cheating even though eh does agree it is against TOS. He says it is ok since 90% of 2+ers cheat anyways. this guy is a crock. do not associate tk with this even with his past posts.

Spadebidder himself belong there for the HH's supposedly. Not sure why he was logged on in their forum, but he saw all the bots and forums on how to use them....
