2+2 under attack/messed up ? - Page 2 - About the Forums

Been having major performance issues since Friday night. Never experienced anything similar on this site. It lags to the point that it is unusable. Only on my PC (Firefox/Windows 8). I can view posts fine in Tapatalk.

Btw, my internet connection is strong and I tried restarting my PC and using IE but neither helped remedy the situation.

When it's stuck loading what is the server it's trying to access? You can see on the bottom left of the browser (for many it is something like d3.zedo.com).

No, it's just stalls when it says "Transferring Data from forumserver.twoplustwo.com" It's really intermittent. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes there is a slight delay and sometimes it won't come up for several minutes. Sometimes a page loads up halfway and sometimes it hasn't loaded any of the page. It happens trying pretty much any action (looking at a post, viewing subscriptions, posting something, use search function).

BTW, I posted this from IE but am having difficulties right now in Firefox. It may be more of a Firefox issue. Not sure.

edit: but then I stopped the search I was doing in Firefox and was able to load up a page again. Appears to be running slightly slow in IE as well)

edit2: Nope, things are definitely running much worse for me in firefox right now. Not sure if that is just particular to my session but I'm having to copy urls to IE to get them to load up in a timely fashion.
