This is probably the worst call I've ever made taking into account value of the call. Just need to have people destroy me to negatively reinforce my terrible decision.

Hero has 1400. Tight image - has only played strong hands, especially in EP.

Hero has AA UTG +1. Opens to 25 (2/5 live btw)

5 callers including a fish in BB. Very unlucky to get 5 callers when opening to 25 in EP in this game given my image. Opens to 20-25 have been getting 1-2 callers.

Flop is 792hh. Check to me. Bet 125, all folds to BB who raises to 300. Major alarm bells should be going off that he flopped a set but I also consider that he may be raising a flush draw on the dry board hoping I have AK/AQ ish and will fold. I call, thinking I will let him hang himself when the turn is a blank.

Turn is a blank (black 4) and he shoves for 950. I tank-call with no reasonable explanation. He is never*(almost never, so not often enough for me to ever call) risking 950 on a draw or on a pure bluff. I should have either folded or raised the flop. As played, should have insta-folded turn.

Went on tilt, played one more -$200 hand and left, immediately starting re-reading "mental game".

Not easy to fold AA we have all got married to AA when it is plain to see the board is against us. Called it a variant!

you might want to ask the fish in BB for coaching.
