So I was playing at my local casino last night and i looked down to see AA. I was pretty happy to see the AA and figured my AA would most likely be the best hand on the table. Well I came in with a raise and someone to my surprise re-raised me.
Well I started to get nervous because I thought maybe he has a strong hand like mine. Well I regained my composure and decided to re-re-raise. And to my absolute disgust he put me all-in!
Well I calculated my pot-odds and figured my expected value to be rather good. Plus I could see all 5 cards if i called. So i crossed my fingers (underneath the table, so i didn't look like a complete tard) and called. I breathed a rather large sigh of relief when he showed KK.
Well the flop came down 234 and I figured that this wasn't a terrible flop for me. I decided to cross my legs for extra luck. The turn came a 7. This was a little scary because due to the light and the colour it kinda looked like a K. And my heart dropped when the river came K. A tear came to my eye, but luckily i'm a man and I just wiped that **** away and told the villian, well played fish. I thought i had the last laugh on the that one.
Walked away into the sunset feeling this was the worst beat in history...
