Wife started to play poker last month with fun chips, knows half of the rules and plays 3 free rolls:

1) Some freeroll on stars(400 players): 4th place - 10usd.
2) Some freeroll on ipoker(200 players): 1st place - 10 usd.
3) 500eur freeroll on unibet yesterday(200 players): 1st place - 130 euros.

Beginners luck ?

She obviously has a gift, some people are born poker players and everyone else just sucks and are haters. Time for her to quit her job and play tourneys full time. Skills such as this are rare as unicorns. You are doing a disservice to women if she is not playing the Main Event next year!

Dont know, but I am sure it isn't as bad as not being able to beat NL5.

Go now! If you don't have 5k now, there are pay-day loan companies or credit cards you could use. Also you'll get a real good bonus by depositing a relatively small amount first time. What would you spend 5k on anyway? That's only the price of a couple of nights out a month for 2 months, just stay in and watch poker youtube videos instead.
