Not really Texas Hold'em related but more Pai Gow. As you may know, the edge in Pai Gow comes from being the banker. The problem is, most Pai Gow players don't like playing against other players. The don't mind giving action to the house but the pull their bets back when I take the bank.

What's even more frustrating is when the high roller Asian playing three spots at $300 each pulls his bets back down to one spot, $50 when I take the bank.

I've been to Vegas and it's even worst there as the table minimum is $25 and rarely anyone plays more than $50 a hand.

Anyone know a place where everyone at the table plays against one another when he/she banks? In theory everyone should bank in order to minimize the Casino edge.
