Need to move up to higher stakes where they will respect your raises obv..... Besides that easy fold on river clearly.

V had 3 outs with his lone ace, hero had 2 outs with his kings and didn't have pot odds to fade a 60:40 disadvantage, needing 47.9% equity. Clear and easy fold if V's range is capped at Ax at least 96% of the time, which it obviously is.

Mr. suitedjustice is right, you will be paying 60:40 of the tax disadvantage taking this line about 3.50% of the time.
