You can lose a thousand trials in a row, some of them a lot more than 4/1 fave. After a million or so trials, if you haven't won one I'd suspect cheating or some other non-random influence.

never go all in when you are only a %80 favorite. wait until you have a royal flush or maybe quads, I like to check quads down most of the time because someone can always have a royal.

as a general rule I always check the nuts, that way when a person flips over a pair, two pair, a straight or whatever, they are always shocked when I open my hand. Because they thought for sure they were good.

Everything came full circle today when I got a guy to put all his chips in with jacks pre flop and I had queens again. This time they held up. Unfortunately it was only a 450$ pot and not 1100$ like the first time
