Very similar diet to yesterday. My wife and I will be grocery shopping soon to broaden my palate on this diet
We are reading over recipes to find something all four of us would like.
What I had to eat today:
1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup frozen berries, dash of almond milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds - threw is some cinnamon this time. Made it better.
1/2 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, brazilian, cashews, etc)
10 baby carrots
2 apples with TBSP all natural peanut butter
Banana, another apple, 2 oranges, 2 handfuls of kale, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 5 strawberries and ice blended into a smoothie.
Also took some supplements - magnesium, fish oil, multi-vitamin, ACV and turmeric capsules.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to post the video my wife took of me weighing myself? It's not pretty, I'm shirtless and drunk from 10 IPA's.
