Use logic.

If he's playing 98,000 games at $1 buy in, he gets 1 VPP. He's also play a lot of games at higher buy ins (albeit not that many) where you get more VPPs. If he doesn't already have 100,000 VPPs then hes very close. 100,000 VPPs = Supernova.

Could have been a bot tweaker where he could try things with pretty low risk. I can't imagine one person playing 275 DoNs a day.
