When you are in the SB and ask the BB if they want to chop, and they refuse. You fold and move on to the next hand, and now when it is their turn in the SB and they ask the BB to chop, who obliges.

Bet of $75? 10 white chips and 13 red. With a pile of greens and blacks behind. Re-raised to $250.. counts out all the reds five at a time until there are no more, then reaches for two greens. Of course will need change on the flop.

People that open limp the button.
