Cant believe I'm posting in a troll thread, but do you really think even your 30 years experience can beat someone who has played for 2 years online? Think about it, they probably have played just as many if not more hands that you have, not to mention they're playing against top competition, while you play against donks.

ignorant, biased, shallow minded and obv even for a troll-thread its a way too retarded generalisation.
basically the typical 2+2 fellow-runner who is happy to have found a thread where he can reapeat the nonsense that he has "learned" by reading 2+2.
cant believe i quote a troll-post.

responses are way more stupid then original post.
simply because they post, in the first place, but although cause every insecure lil boy types the same **** that he has read on here over and over. like a religious group of imbecile and homophbic wrappers that will never understand how their opinions have been build.

oh, i am an online-player and it does not mean a ****ing **** if you have played more hands with your 12+ tables each day. quantity goes over qualitiy in your eyes,
and that is why most online gangstas dont play life at all.
the whole its so slow and people are so degen is the most obv excuse for their lack of skills to play with actual live-people. every very succesful online-player like all the tom dwan, andrew robl and ladida all play live now, cause it is a better game, LESS BORING, higher stakes and.... last but not least, its real (real-money, all you european idiots who still kept money at FT after the us-players were kicked, you dont deserve to ever see a cent again, idiots).

its not the amount of hands that make you the best.
dumb idiots can play 10 mill hands and never understand real strategy and not beat NL50 significantly ever in their life. others play 100k hands and think about spots conciously and do good study and are better after 1% of the volume.

its hard for me to understand that people are so ****ing biased on here.
a lil more undifferentiated and we can print shirts with "i play online, i beat them all".
strangely i dont see any of the online-players at live-tables talking big mouth bs like here.
shallow minded arseholes will never die, since they are the majority of people,
and the internet is the perfect place for these special breed of degenerated people.

i am sick and tired of this level of ignorance and stupidity on this let down palace.
at least poker will never be dead, as long as the 2+2 trolls and idiots get to deposit 10$ every once in a while.

Anyone who decides to brag about how good they are in the live world doesn't deserve any of our respect online or live. Let the stats speak for thenselves and don't try to sound like you can kill the online game because you will end up eating your own words

Re: Things that amaze me about the so-called "online hot-shots".

Is OP even replying to this thread?

Assuming its not a wind up.. which it probably is..

So called 'online hot shots' sounds like your mocking them, and yet theyve made millions from the game. So surely you agree they cant be that bad at the game?

And

Quote:
1. Aggression will fail. Why? Because the counterstrategy is so simple yet beautiful. Passiveness and trapping. Just call durrrr with QQ+ and he will hang himself every time.
Do you not think durrr, a world class player, will not notice that you have sat there all day, played no hands, and then all of a sudden youve 3 bet the pot out of no where?? Do you not think this will ring alarm bells?

This happened to me in vegas... a guy sat there all day, i 3 bet all day, i had pocket jacks and 3 bet, he announces all in for like 250 more on my raise of 40 - so i insta fold, dont even need to think about it really. not saying im like durr lol, all im saying is, its an easy fold. hell he could have even had pocket 10s there, but in the long run hes not pulling that move with less than QQ

Further to this.. ok lets say Durrr calls your 3 bet.. and then the flop comes

Ace 4 6 rainbow - you bet the pot, Durrr re raises you to 4 x the pot - then what mr genius?? With your pocket queens waiting to catch durrr??

Quote:
2. You can't beat experience. Like I previously stated I'm 49 years old. Been playing poker for 30 of them. Do any of you seriously think someone in there lower 20's can compete with that?
I know where your coming from with the experience thing.

However, you and I could practice the 100m every day for the next 15 years and we will never ever be as good as usain bolt (even if he didnt train once) - some people are just better and more talented than others
