You know it's going to be a good day when the cops knock on your door at 6 am and tell you to stay inside because there is a situation happening across the street. I still need my coffee so that ain't happening.

Spoiler:
Thanks Obama

I do but just a normal maker. I don't see the point of brewing a whole pot if I am the only one who drinks it. During the winter I will though. Guess I could splurge and get a kerreg or whatevs the **** they are called but nah. That's what Obama would want you to do.

Please Obama

Here's a small piece of the article for those who dislike reading.

The average price for a detached home in Toronto hit $1.2 million in April, up almost 13 per cent, and $1.3 million in Greater Vancouver, up a staggering 25 per cent.

“Toronto and Vancouver are both insanely hot right now but they are different markets,” said Parker. “In Toronto specifically, the problem is the lack of inventory that we’re seeing and that’s just driving prices through the roof.”

gg child birth since most people would struggle at those prices.

Thanks Obama.

Also I wonder what Trump's meme will be. A dual version of the Obama meme would be saying something like "Damn it Trump!" earnestly when something good happens to someone else.

How about "Praise Trump" when something good happens which Trump had no part of? "Excuse me Trump" sounds nice but I'm not sure to which situations it should be applied to.

Thoughts?

Those numbers are always so funny, toronto is just a city, nothing special. vancouver is pretty gross and the weather sucks.

Like you couldnt pay me to live in either city, and LOL at those prices. I'm only 1 hour from toronto anyway.

Ill take a lakefront property for 1/2 of the price in a small town anyday(my current house) and im not even old.

its hard to beat waking up to this... must get my boat in soon!!!

About to drive from Edmonton to Toronto.

This is exciting stuff.

Still better than the drive across Texas or Nebraska.

Average house price in Auckland, NZ tipped to reach $1 million by the end of the year. The world is going insane.

Yeah but NZ dollars aren't worth very much.
