Very simple. Go here, http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx, and download teamviewer5 to your work computer and home computer. Everyday before you leave to work open up teamviewer and write down your id and pw. Make sure you set your computer so that it doesnt go idle. Mine is set to go idle after five hours of inactivity.
When get to work open up your teamviewer and connect to your home computer by puttin id and pw you wrote down. Thats it. Simple.
