roi 0 is basically not doable, or its 0,00001 what is positive or -0,00001 what is negative

updated set of rules:

#1: Tobias Huber, blueson in this forum, 20080401 on Pokertars.it will be the sole player during the challange. 20080401 has to reach Supernova Elite within 70 days (1680 hours) at the time the prob bet starts.

#2: 20080401 has to maintain a positive ROI to win the challange. To make this clear, even a ROI of 0,00000000000001 will be considered as positive. ROI will be calculated by Sharkscope. If SS misses games, i will count the missing SNGs in (i use HEM to track the SNE prob bet). Of course the judges are the final autority in case bettors in case of unclarity. ROI is the total return of investment of ALL SNG played, Headsup to 9max of ALL stakes. MTTs do NOT count.

#3: Odds are 3-1 against me, Minbet is $300. That means, you bet $300 to win my $100.

#4: To verify that only 20080401 is playing I will be using a webcam during the time I play. I haven't figured out how to but I will be using Ustream or Justintv.

#5: In case during the bet the site where im hosting the livestream has constantly problems over a couple of days (4-5 days) and goes down more than 4-5 hours a day I am allowed to search for a new solution within 2 weeks. Every SNG played till than is valid though.

#6: I am allowed to leave my workplace for up to 10 minutes when I have SNGs running and webcam on.

#7: Bettors can call me to verify that I am playing via skype and on my phone. They can request to write me a number on a piece of paper what I will show them in front of the webcam. Every bettor has up to 10 calls a month, 20 calls total!

#8: Scottyy (Pokerstars VIP agent), member of this forum will post weekly VPP-Updates

#9: I am allowed to play any SNG and MTT on Pokerstars.it

#10: Bet is NOT cancelled if there is a 2x or more promotion

#11: Bet is cancelled if italian goverment suddenly decides to close all pokersites (very unlikly).

#12: Bet is cancelled if sister, my ex-girlfriend, my grandparents or one of my 2 best friend dies. Names will be given to the judges. Obviously I am not allowed to kill them to end the bet.

#13: Rays champs in 08 will be escrow and first judge. Rays champs in 08 is a respected member in the community and has done escrows in probbets before. At the moment im still looking for 2 more judges. Second escrow will be probably Rebellz, who is also a respected member of this forum. He is also very well respected in the italian community and a sponsored player. I don't like him to be a judge, because he is intrested in betting against.

#14: Posting updates here in the forum and making comprehensive posts on my blog are NOT essential to win the bet. It is very likly that I will make lots of posts ect., but getting penalized for not posting an update would just be ridiculous.
