Obv iam made up,and checking my calander to make sure i can do the dates.
6 weeks later they take it off their web site and i hadnt recieved any info on the matter from them.So i contact betfair by e-mail and they say their get back to me.
I get a phone call from customer service,note a phone call not an e-mail where everything they say will be usable as proof.
They say sry but made a mistake it was not a freedom pass event(note they have been useing my image and telling their customers how grt they treat their players that get good results.) So they say to me we will put you into bapta next year and in the mean time give me 5 entries into an online event worth in total about $600.
Obv iam not happy but except that mistakes can be made, as iam dyslexic mistakes is something i cant come down on anyone to harshly for.
This all seems bad enough and full of disapointment, but atlest iam going to be on tv for the period of last two tables until i exit in 6th. To a poker player its inportant to make as much tv time as poss,this can if you get a couple of final tables lead to invites or sponsership.

Now this is were the truth comes out 2 weeks later and nothing happened yet i phone, the person that had phoned me previous has now left betfair,so wheres my free entries,they claimed they new nothing about it but would investigate it and get back to me.They never got back to me this circle went on 5 times with them never getting back to me and me never recieving my free entries,on top of this they then press release the wsope.It takes time to organise this so when they were saying they would put me in the bapt the following year they new they had already withdrawn from it,and to cap it off their advatised as a tv event the bapta was never shown futher shafting me.

lairs and cheats with no morals and no sense of what is right and wrong, so O.P please dont give them their money back, cuz they would stab you n the back if they had the chance.
