Apologies for possible hijack: I started a similar thing on sunday.. Had $100 to my name after a huge night OTP, I went to the game I usually deal at/occasionally play at. It's a 1/2 game round for round NLH/PLO. Players very loose in PLO and gets very deepstacked as people have deep pockets. I'd say my NLH game is where my edge is but I'm definitely getting decent at PLO (Live PLO especially at this game is pretty sick, no one folds pre flop and they play 80-90% of their hands).

Anyways, I take my last $100 and take a gamble with it. First night I play for ~8-9 hours, run it up to $680.

Play on Wednesday. Get in for a few buy ins but end up leaving with $1k, in for 500.

Played tonight. Just got back 2 hours ago. Walked away with $1580, in for 300.

Bankroll went from $100-$2300 within a week. Been an epic week. Might right up some nights/hands if people are interested, have a few of the key hands noted down.



epic moment. Everytime I played I stayed from ~4pm-2am, not one to hit and run and the game is so so so so so good, some of the players are ridiculously donk at NLH and even pretty lolbad at PLO. Its insanely juicy when these guys have 300-500 or more. Pretty uncommon for there to be less than 6k on the table by 11pm.

Amazing thread. I tried this today with my last G.
Regged for the Sunday 200k (party), Sunday Million and the Sunday 500. My Abi is $3.13 lol. Got screwed on party AA vs Q-10 all in on K-J-x, Bubbled the sunday 500 (sorta, finished 113) and really got nothing going in the million and busted out A9S vs AJS. Oh well it was funny anyways, I guess I am no Pete :P
