does this seem legit Adanthar? Could someone have just a student visa expiring and needs something like this?

I am 100% hoping that this works out. She's a beautiful girl and if it works out it would be really great. But like many say what seems too good to be true usually is. However, the guy "Beans" has a very large mortgage / real estate business in the area, so if it is a tarp, i don't know why he'd be in on it.

Euhm wtf makes you think you can actually get physical with her if its just an arrangement?
Its not that hard for a girl with her decent looks to pick up some random loser and marry him if she wants to do everything for it.

I would only consider this if she was some rlly good friend already or some mutual feelings present.
