Running hot, running into bust

Okay whatever...

5 months ago I was on an insane heater. Before this, my biggest online cash was $2k and I did some random cash games @ PokerStars between 50-100NL and 25-50PLO. In a 3 month period I managed to cash 11k online in a MTT and after this cash I started to grind some serious 50PLO multitabling.
Within 2 months I became supernova at these stakes cus I made average grinding session of 12-16 tables for 12 hours+ (and was running F-ing hot 9bb/100)...
After taking some shots at higher levels (400-600PLO) I decide to withdrawal everything ($15K; biggest mistake in my life!?). After I did that the downswing had started...

The reason I started this post is not to brag, but I'm really freaking out. After the hot run/crush-period I started to play live 200-400NL.

Yesterday I had one of the sickest run in my life. I lost 8 deepstack BI @ the biggest donktable you could ever imagine. One of the hands:

Blinds: 2/4 w/ 8 straddle:

4 callers, SB makes it €56, hero AK €135, fold x 4, sb €125 (w/ 550-ish) behind, hero calls.
The reason I call is that the SB is down €2K+ within 1 hour so I give him some rope to hang himself on any decent flop...
Flop: T97
Villain: insta ships €550 and hero obv snap calls w/ two overs and nut FD.
Turn: 2
River: 8
Villain: 84o

DAFUQ?! For real? Is this is F-ing joke? Ahh well at least my money went in good *sigh*

I rebuy for €800 and give it a go:

1 orbit later:

Hero KQ
Action: call, call, same aggr fish makes it €90, hero €250, fold, fold, and villain ships his covered stack in. Hero tank call
Pot: €820-ish
Flop: QJ2
Turn: Q
River: blank

Fish smileys and shows QJo?!?!!?!?!?
Again?! WTF IS GOING ON! IS THIS A F^&*^KING FAKE TABLE? WHERE ARE THE CANDID CAMERAS, JUST SHOW THEM AND I %^&*ING LEAVE THIS TABLE.

REBUY €1.200

Obv 1 hour later my AA is getting smacked by QQ against the same aggr fish donk hot running *bleep* for a €2.4K pot.

So half hour before casino closes I am down €3.5K+ and I'm never been this tilted in my life! Not being 3K up at the biggest +EV table ever, against the biggest fish in years, whatever..

I headed my way to the roulette and dropped 2K in Euro's. Im doing €500 spin on 6 numbers, so when it comes, Im even.
... BOOM! it bumped out of my number and Im down €500.
Spin 2: SSDD such as 3 and 4.
I changed 1K in €20 chips and layed it down accrossed the table and lose again.

Now Im down almost 8K.

Previous session Im also down like 4K of extremly bad running ...

Maybe it's such a rhetorical question, but how do u guys act when ur in a rollercoaster like this? I just cant handle myself and when Im losing literally every hand where Im 2:3+ favor, any self-controll fades away in a snap.
*emotional rollercoaster mode on*

Whats the answer to approach poker in a 'less emotional way' (sounds odd, dont know how to say it) when ur busting in 3 months and playing ur A-game, but EVERY F-ing card that beats you, come...?

Sorry for the long post but I was/am tilted as **** and this made me feel relieved

Re: Running hot, running into bust

What is your total bankroll's at ?

because, yes those are beat but nowhere near non-standard beats and you have only lost 4bi so if you are well rolled, this shouldnt be a problem. If you're not rolled correctly, you should think about fixing it. if you sit with ±1000$ each time it probably mean you should have at the very least 40k in the bank. Also if you're not properly rolled, you are more likely to go on tilt when you lose since that money means more to you than to somebody who is well rolled.

Your story is pretty standard, get ready to endure way ,way worse than this.

And obviously, avoiding pit games is a must. Or if the tilt is too strong, let's say you're down -2140, instead of trying to go even playing the home games, try to win 141$ to be at -1999$ and give up if you pass the -2500 mark. It's obviously not the same feeling as coming back to even but it's likely to be good to un-tilt enough so you can go home without further damage

honestly if you're gonna tilt like that, and it's a soft table, take a small break and order a pitcher of beer, down it, go back to the table and try to play drunk-tight, order a couple more beers but not shots, just chill until you get a hand and get it in. don't get antsy, chill.
