take your friend, go to the top of a tall building, get out, throw the ball off of the building, you have now won the bet.. you threw the ball, in the air, 100 yards +.

Ya, you should've pulled a Titanic Thompson on him and threw it off of a building, if the building was 90 feet tall, you olny have ot throw ti 10 feet in teh air... er wait...

Phil Wellman attempts to break the record for throwing a baseball base at 1:03 and fails. He is in the minor leagues and does not even come close so i doubt that OP can do this.
