lol COMMON itrl? Just stiff him 100 times, **** when you stiff a dealer sometimes guys will tip him out of pity anyway so it will still not even cost him 100.

100 times? I'd never tip him again, and if somebody tried to tip for me, I'd tell them exactly why I wasn't tipping. The guy is a scammer.
