Even with a webcam, switching with a poker-literate friend is possible. You can load up a previous recorded session of yourself playing and stream that video, while another person makes the actual play.
Not shure if this has been already addressed in previous bets.

whatever site is used to host the webcam usually has chat, right? anyone can ask them to wave or whatever. not a big deal

lol  you guys can watch my friend playing starcraft or wii in march. I'll have a friend over in march, he doesn't play poker, but i asked him to help me on doing some life stuff. Like receiving packages, open the door, buying groceries and stuff like that. Maybe he can also get up and do a dance every hour lol :-)

1. find player at table playing prop bet,
2. type something in the chat, specific word or phrase
3. person on webcam replies with the same word or phrase in chat on streaming site.
4. person playing pokers confirmed as same person on webcam playing live.
simples.

Yeah there is no way someone is watching chat as well as everything else. This wouldn't work.
Just anyone involved in the bet add them on skype and you can request a wave on there it'll pop up in the corner that you said 'wave' so you don't need to keep checking anything
