The goal is to make $5000 profit at the $6.50 18mans on Pokerstars in a period of 15 days.

Here are the official rules of the prop bet

1. No rakeback/fpps/bonuses of any kind will count towards the total profit goal of $5000

2. I am allowed to play any number of tables up to a maximum of 29. If I have 30 or more games running concurrently at any given time then the judge may rule that I forfeit the bet at his discretion.

3. I, Timothy Boyle, shall be the sole player on the Pokerstars account "entim". No other person shall play on my behalf at any point for the duration of the bet, either in my presence or remotely.

4. Only $6.50 18mans (real money games) count towards this bet. Any other format played will be excluded from the results. Sharkscope will be the primary method for the validation of results. If there is a significant disparity between Sharkscope results and my HEM database results then I will provide the judge a full copy of all my HHs and a Pokerstars audit for the duration of the bet, and he may rule according to his findings. All parties shall agree to abide by the decision of the judge in this matter.

5. If it is found that anybody who is betting against me and also is a regular at the $6.50/18s is playing a substantially higher volume of games than they would normally play during the course of the bet for the purpose of decreasing my winrate, then the matter will be handed over to the judge who has the power to declare that players bet as forfeit.

6. In the case of disconnections which happen as a direct result of a failure with the Pokerstars servers and from which I am eligible for a reimbursement from Pokerstars, then this reimbursement shall be added to my total profit, as Sharkscope will record these games as a loss. If such a situation arises, I shall provide the judge with proof of my reimbursement from Pokerstars and he shall add that to my grand profit total. This is the only kind of reimbursement allowed, and any disconnects arising from my own internet connection or any other issues shall be my responsibilty and shall be duly reflected in my results

7. The bet will run from 15/11/2010 08:00 GMT to 30/11/2010 08:00 GMT
Please note I am using the little endian date format with the day first, and not the middle endian form which may be more popular in the US

8. I must have a web cam on while I play with the caveat that I will not be disqualified for accidental or technical problems with the webcam. The link for this will be www.justin.tv/entimothy

9. The goal is to reach $5000 in profit during the duration of the bet. If at any point during the 15 days I attain $5000 in profit, then it shall be taken that I have won the bet. If I subsequently then drop back below $5000 in profit this shall not affect the decision and the win still stands. For clarity, if at any point I am shown to be $5000 or greater in profit, then I have won the bet, if I only make $4999.99 I have lost the bet.


if any party involved in the bet suspects that any other party has acted in a manner that would go against the spirit of the bet, then they may raise their concern with the judge who shall have the power to rule on the complaint at his discretion, with the power to forfeit any individual wager. This would include, but is not limited to: angle shooting, coercion, and any activity that would be considered unsporting. Spitecalls from regulars would NOT count as a legitimate complaint.

Rakeback Promotion

I will run a promotion whereby I give away the entire rakeback made during the prop bet (likely to be $600-1k)(calculated at 41% of rake during the 15 days), it goes the person who can photoshop this guy the best.
ANYBODY can participate in this, I will send the $ equivalent for rakeback on pokerstars to the winner, which is to be decided by 2+2
Will be sent once the bet is over (whether completed or not)
