***Official 15k in 31 days at 100nl prop bet thread***

Was gonna post at end of the other thread but figured this would be easier. Here are final rules:

I'm going to try to make $15k at 100nl in 31 days

My Full Tilt screen name is "zachvac"

Odds are 3:1 (my 100 to win 300)

I am looking to bet 10k to win 30k

Rules

* All play will be on 100nl FR on Full Tilt
* I may play shorthanded as long as it is a FR (8 or 9max) table
* I may play the rush tables but if I have even a single rush table I must be playing at most 4 tables at that time. If I'm not playing any rush tables I may play the normal FTP max of 16 tables.
* I will have my webcam while I play and I will not be disqualified for accidental or technical problems with the webcam
* Bettors will be given my contact info(phone/skype/aim) in case of emergencies/webcam problems
* I will be allowed to leave the webcam for food/bathroom while I play
* The only situation in which I will be allowed to void this bet midway through is a death in my family
* Those who wager are strictly prohibited from sitting at my tables unless you are a regular or a semi regular at 100nl FR
* If Fulltilt happens to go down for a few hours then those hours will be added on to the end of the bet. I must post right away on the forum if this happens
* if for some reason my account is banned because of poker legislation in the United States, then the bet is off, and the player’s money will be refunded. The panel of judges are to make a decision on the state of the bet and reasonable conduct to continue it.
* Those who wager are required to provide me with their FT screen name. I am forbidden though from sharing these names with anyone except the judges.
* I have exactly 31 days (until 11:59:59pm of the last day) to make $15k or I lose the bet, this is $15k at the tables after rake and not including rakeback or bonuses of any kind.
* At anytime I had made $15k before the 31st day at/before 11:59:59PM I have won the bet. (judges will be the ones to verify the amount)
* Any dispute during the bet will be resolved and decided by a majority vote of the judges. This will also be the method used to determine the winner at the conclusion of the bet.
* The sole job of the escrow is to collect and verify money, and distribute it to the appropriate parties as directed by the judges at the end of the bet.
* This bet will start January 29th, 2009 at 12:00:01am and conclude February 28th, 2009 at 11:59:59pm eastern standard time.
* I will make a good faith effort to update during the bet but I can not lose the bet due to lack of updates.

Post in this thread how much you sent and on which site. If you don't wish to make your sn public pm him to let him know the screen name you shipped from so he can confirm. Also as per the rules of the bet you must pm me your FTP screen name. I'm pretty sure I have it but I'll do this bet if I have between 20k and 30k in action against. If I have less I'll probably just say forget it and have him ship back and if I have more a few people aren't going to be able to bet unless others want action on my side and will just get their money shipped back.

I think that's about it, I'll pm people who said they were going to bet since they all probably don't check bbv daily. Hopefully we can get money escrowed pretty soon and get this bet started Friday

its not trolling we need to know how many people he considers his "family"

if he considers like 4th cousins and its not an automatic forfeit no matter how he is doing

then he could just choose the cancel the bet if he is losing or not cancel if he is going to win

if he wants to include that clause then people who bet should get a full list of the family members who qualify and the bet is forfeit automatically if one dies.

if he is $200 away from winning the bet and his mom dies he shouldnt get to choose whether he continues with the bet

Yeah that's legitimate concern. I was assuming in my head family=immediate family so since I have no wife or kids that would be parents (born in 1951/1956) and brother (1992). None have life-threatening illnesses at this time and I automatically lose if it's found I murdered them. That clear everything up?
