I heard a rumor there was going to be a site upgrade with a major purge archiving old threads (> 1 month). The real crime would would be the permanent loss of words of wisdom from Joy of Poker. Well, maybe not permanent, but the archive might as well be the dustbin of 2p2 history.

I have been working very hard for 6 and a half years on learning the technique of mississippi bluff and believe to be on the right track. I am glad to say that i am making a very good progress so far, and if i keep this pace of learning it should become an integral part of my game by 2017.

many noobs use the mississippi bluff. check/calling every ****ing street regardless of the odds they're getting with any ******ed draw. Then on the river, if they hit, THEY CHECK/MIN RAISE. If they miss, they insta ship it. Gotta love that.
